Open Question: Why would you believe that there was a Garden of Eden and that the Earth is 6,000 +/- years old?

If you really really believe this than I want to hear your explanation in something other than it's Gods words. If you believe that there was a garden of eden than why are there fossiles found of Kangaroos only in Australia and surrounding areas???? This means that these creatures originated there and not in the garden of eden. If you think the Earth is 6,000 years old than I have a good doctor for you. Why are there shells on high mountains which move at around 1 foot per 100 years???????? This would mean , if you did the math that for it to go from sea to high altitude, it would take millions of years. The earths layers which clearly took a long time to form is perfect evidence to let you know that the Earth is much older than your STORY. I respect you if you say that Science is right but we believe that a higher power created every of this some how. I do not understand the fairy tales that alot of people strongly believe because in the end it makes no sense to a realistic person.

the theme is ''the Sea'', a 3D MODEL. I have 5hours to complete it. it has to be a wire(chicken wire)(bendy wire)or any sort of metal based, with any other materials i want over it, it can be tiny or meduim size, it has to be free-standing. Voting Question: There are going to be LOTS of kids at my wedding...?

And I want to have some things to keep them busy. My fiance and I are getting married on the beach and I'd like to receive some beach-craft ideas (easy things that the young ones can do without much assistance)... We're going to have a table set up for the kids to do the stuff on, (a specific table for kids-crafts) We'll put out some crayons and coloring pages for the kids of course.. One thing I thought of was to buy a bunch of white visors (hats).. , glue, and those little sea-shells (they sell them in craft stores, they're sometimes died different colors)... and let the kids decorate their hats with sea shells... As party favors for the kids we're going to give out those funky sunglasses. The bright colored ones that are shaped like hearts or stars,..etc.. Also, bubbles! And for the little girls, princess wands. (I adore fairy tales and princesses) We're also going to have plain white bags that the kids can decorate to keep their stuff in. (more details coming) White bags, like paper gift bags. They sell these things (the visors, bags, glue, even the mini-sea shells) in a magazine that gets sent to my home.... they sell them in bulk and the prices are really cheap. 1 dozen visors for 5 dollars and 1 unit (100 count) of the white paper gift bags for 10 dollars Any other good craft ideas? The youngest child will be about 2 years old..obviously needing close supervision for everything. Notices will be posted reminding parents that they are responsible for their kids, and asking them to please keep a close eye on them. Many people will probably pick not to bring their kids (as maybe they'd like to relax that night...plus 7pm - 11pm is nice of tardy for kids)

I haven't done much with shell on shrimp but they were on sale for about 1/2 the price so I grabed them right up. I saw on tv the other day wherr a cook did it with some lemon juice and salt a some spices in a cheese cloth. i don't think I want to do the spices so much but I would like to do it with thte lemon a some sea salt. Resolved Question: do sea shells grow or do they stay the same size?

me and my mom were tryin to figure out if shells grow with the animal inside it (not a turtle i know they're shell's grow with them)i'm talkin about mullusk's shells and clams.or do they switch shells like hermit crabs?

Resolved Question: How can you tell if a little sea turtle is dead?

I just got back from florida with 2 baby sea turtles. I had to empty out the water to receive them on the plane. They were out of water for like 12 hours. Because you have to have room temp water for them. They were both moving, and now one isn't. One stopped moving before I put the water in. The one that isn't moving has it's eyes closed and his head is emmerged from his shell, and so are his legs and arms. He's not moving when you pick him up or touch him. The other one is swimming and doing fine. Note I live in Indiana and it is icy. Most sites say it's because of the different climate change, and they are Hibernating, but I'm not sure. Can someone please give me a little insite, on what is happening, or what I need to do.

Resolved Question: Libs, How Will Hillary Tax Foreign Oil Companies Like BP, Shell, Lukoil?

Most of that "huge" profit that Hillary and other non-expert Liberals complain about comes from their operations outside of the Unite States. So, basically, Hillary wants to tax Exxon on the money that they earned in the North Sea and Africa while BP, Shell, Total, etc. don't receive nailed by liberals since they are not US based companies. So,we can tax the US oil companies endlessly out of business. But, huge profits will still be made by foreign oil companies.
